Yusei Kikuchi Over 5.5 Strikeouts -115 (BetRivers)

Kikuchi has been up and down with striking out batters this season, but he has a great opportunity to ring up six or more batters tonight vs. the Brewers. Kikuchi has gone over this number just four times this year, and he is in just the 40th percentile for K rate, but he is in the 60th for whiff% and the 54th for chase rate. The Brewers whiff the 5th most in the league, they have struck out the 3rd most in baseball in the month of May, and they have the highest K rate vs. lefties this season.

Ryan Weathers Under 3.5 Strikeouts -134 (FanDuel)

Weathers has only gone over this number twice in seven starts this season, and I do not expect him to do so again today in Miami. Weathers is in the 9th percentile for K rate, the 15th for whiff%, and the 7th for chase rate. Miami is 24th in K rate vs lefties, but they also hit lefties very well, so they could knock Weathers out of the game early.

Ranger Suarez Under 4.5 Strikeouts -134 (FanDuel)

Suarez has only made three starts since coming back from injury, and he went over this number in just his last start of the three. He faced three teams with much higher K rates vs. lefties than the Mets. New York has a 19.6% K rate vs lefties, and Suarez only has a 16.7% K rate vs. the current Mets roster. In two starts vs the Mets last season, Suarez did not eclipse five strikeouts.
