Brandon Pfaadt Over 3.5 Strikeouts -110 (FanDuel)

Pfaadt, the D-Backs No. 3 prospect, had not had an ideal start to his MLB career. He was expected to be a dominant strikeout pitcher, but he is in just the 11th percentile for K rate, the 38th for whiff%, and the 7th for chase rate in four starts. He has gone over this number once against a Giants team that strikeouts a lot, and while the Red Sox do not strike out a lot, this number is too low. I like the rookie to have a solid outing tonight at home against Boston.

Hunter Brown Over 5.5 Strikeouts -140 (BetMGM)

Brown has been dominant this season, and he has a great matchup to rack up Ks today against the A’s. Brown is in the 72nd percentile for K rate, the 56th for whiff%, and the 36th for chase rate. In his last start vs. Oakland, he rang up nine batters. Considering that Oakland has the worst K rate vs. righties this season, Brown should surpass this number again.

Hunter Green Under 7.5 Strikeouts -116 (FanDuel)

When Hunter Greene is on, he is dominant, but he does not have the best matchup today in Chicago. His percentile rankings will blow you away, but he has issues with walking batter, and that is why he will go under. The Cubs have the third-highest walk rate this season and the 2nd highest in the month of May. If Greene losses the zone, he will see his pitch count skyrocket, and he will not hit this number.
