NFL Week 4 – Best Anytime Touchdown Scorer Bets

There should be good weather across the country on Sunday, and hopefully, touchdowns follow suit. We have gone 2-1 on anytime touchdown bets the past two weeks, so we are looking to keep up the momentum and hit a few more plus-money touchdown bets for NFL Week 4.

Here are the best NFL Week 4 anytime touchdown scorer bets for Sunday.

NFL Week 4 – Best Anytime Touchdown Bets

Courtland Sutton, WR, Denver Broncos +175

The Bears/Broncos game could be an ugly one on Sunday, but in today’s NFL, ugly means a lot of points should be scored. Neither of these teams can stop a nosebleed on defense. The total is pretty high, and Sutton should be able to find paydirt on Sunday. Sutton is the Broncos’ WR1, and he leads the team with five red zone targets. Also, he has been targetted 23 times in three games, showcasing the faith Russell Wilson has in his top option. The Bears’ defense is one of the worst in football, and now they will be missing DB Kyler Gordon, while DBs Jaylon Johnson and Eddie Jackson are both questionable to play. Truth be told, even if they play, they should not have a major impact here.

The Bears’ defense was not good last season, and it has not been good this year, with those injuries, there are no signs this unit will improve. Chicago is 3rd in red zone touchdown percentage allowed this season, and they are tied for the 4th most receiving touchdowns allowed this year. Considering they do not get pressure, Wilson should have all day to throw, and Sutton, his top target, should reap the benefits.

Jaylen Warren, RB, Pittsburgh Steelers +170

The Pittsburgh Steelers offense has been stymied for most of the season so far. Pittsburgh’s defense has carried this team, and they only have one serious red zone opportunity this year. So, Warren has no red zone carries in three games this season, but that should change this weekend against the Texans. For starters, Warren has seen his snap count increase every week so far this season. Pittsburgh has been on primetime twice already, and if you watched the game, it is clear that Warren is the more spry, athletic, and skilled running back on this team.

There is some risk here as the Steelers, despite knowing Warren is the better back, still count on Najee Harris in the red zone. He has their sole red zone carry this year, and he was near the top of the NFL in red zone opportunities last season. We are going with Warren because of the odds. At +170, there is much more value backing him than Harris. Last season, Houston allowed the 2nd most rushing TDs in the red zone, and that has not changed. This season, Houston has allowed the most rushing TDs in the NFL, and they are 6th in red zone touchdown allowed percentage. Warren can also score from outside the red zone, so we love this look.

Jahan Dotson, WR, Washington Commanders +350

In three games last season, Dotson had five receiving touchdowns. In 12 games this season, Dotson had seven touchdowns for the Commanders. Through three games this season, Dotson does not have a single score. This should change on Sunday. While Washington’s QB Sam Howell has had his issues this season so far, the Commanders’ coaching staff is continuing to let him sling it. Howell has a very high pass rate over expected, so he should continue to be trusted to throw the football. Now, considering the Eagles’ pass defense has been lackluster so far this season, this is a great chance for Dotson to score a TD.

Dotson currently leads all Washington receivers in snap%, and he is tied for first on the team in targets. The Eagles pass defense has been suspect this season. They are 2nd in receiving touchdowns allowed this year, and they are 7th in yards allowed. Doton will be matched up with the Eagles CB2, so he should have more chances to find the end zone this week.
