Arizona...Cards have been trending “under” since midway last season (10-4-1 “under” since mid 2011; also “under” 8-2 last 10 on road). Atlanta...After an extended string of “over” results, Falcons have been posting lots of “unders” (12-6 last 18) since midway in 2011 season. Baltimore...Ravens “under” 6-1 last seven against AFC North rival Browns; they’ll next meet November 4 in Cleveland. Buffalo...Bills have been involved in lots of higher-scoring games lately, now “over” 15-8 since late in 2010 season, and “over” last four at Orchard Park.

Carolina...Panthers were “under” 3-2 their first five this season but are “over” 12-8-1 since Cam Newton arrived on the scene last season. Carolina also well “over” the last three vs. NFC South rival New Orleans; the Panthers and Saints meet again in the regular-season ender on December 30 at the Superdome. Chicago...Bears are “over” 6-2 their last eight at Soldier Field. But Lovie Smith’s troops have been a definite “under” (8-1 last nine) when facing NFC North rival Green Bay; next meeting December 16 at Chicago. Cincinnati...Bengals are “over” 10-6-1 their last 17 at Paul Brown Stadium after Marvin Lewis’ team was “under” 20-8 its previous 28 at home. Also “over” last three vs. AFC North rival Ravens, whom they’ll next meet December 30 in Cincy. Cleveland...Brownies "over" last week vs. Cincy but have have been trending “under” (17-9 last 26) since late in the 2010 season.

Dallas...After an extended stretch of “over” results a few years ago, Cowboys are now “under” 14-8 since late in the 2010 campaign. They’re also “under” 5-2 last seven vs. NFC East rival Washington, on the fixture list two more times (Thanksgiving in Arlington and regular-season finale at FedEx Field). Denver...Broncos have been trending “over” since the days of the Josh McDaniels regime, now “over” 30-14 since late in the 2009 campaign. “Over” 5-1 last six vs. Oakland; will next see the Raiders Dec. 6 at the O.Co Coliseum. Detroit...Unmistakable “over” trending (26-13-2) since late in the 2009 season. That pattern has been especially pronounced on the road, where Lions are “over” 12-1-2 in their last 14 away from Ford Field. Green Bay...Pack “over” 17-7 since late in 2010 season, including 8-1 “over” last nine at Lambeau Field.

Houston...Trending “under” (14-10) since Wade Phillips arrived as the d.c. last season. Which is noteworthy because the Texans had been mostly “over” prior to Phillips’ arrival. Indianapolis...Many suspect Colts could have an “over” look as rookie QB Andrew Luck matures, and they're "over" 3-2 after five games. Must note extended 12-2 “under” mark vs. AFC South rival Tennessee since the 2005 season; they’ll meet later this season on October 28 (at LP Field) and December 9 (at Lucas Oil Stadium). Jacksonville...Jags had been a solid “over” team for much of previous HC Jack Del Rio’s tenure, but offensive problems signaled a reversal to an “under” pattern a year ago (11-5) that has continued into the early days of the Mike Mularkey regime (Jags "under' 3-2 to start 2012 and now “under” 14-7 since 2011). Kansas City...Though not necessarily due to their offense, the Chiefs were “over” 4 of first 6 this season after a 12-4 “under” mark a year ago. Seven of last eight vs. hated AFC West rival Raiders “under” as well; they’ll meet October 28 (at Arrowhead) and December 16 (at Oakland).

Miami...The Joe Philbin Dolphins have been “over” in 3 of 6 after Miami was “under” 21-11 the past two seasons. Note “overs” in last 4, and 6 of last 8 vs. Patriots (on the slate December 2 at Sun Life Stadium and December 30 at Foxborough). Minnesota...Vikes trending “under” lately (5-2 last 7) after previous “over” stretch earlier in 2010 season. New England...The most-pronounced “over” trender in the league the past few years, Bill Belichick’s Patriots are “over” 32-12 since late in the 2009 season. New Orleans...Saints “over” 16-8 since late in the 2010 season, and “over” 8-3 last 11 at Superdome.

NY Giants...Nothing too noteworthy after spate of home “unders” began to abate last season, although they’re “under” four straight vs. this week’s foe Washington. NY Jets...Jets struggling a bit on offense lately, but their extended “totals” trends for Rex Ryan are to the “over” (31-14 last 45). They’re also “over” last five vs. New England, on deck next week at Foxborough and Thanksgiving night at The Meadowlands. Oakland...“Over” 10-6 each of the last two seasons and 25-16 “over” since late in the 2009 campaign. Interestingly, they’re “under” 6-0-1 their last seven trips to AFC West rival San Diego, where they’ll visit December 30. Philadelphia...Recent Andy Reid Eagle angles have been “under” (10-4 since midway in 2011 campaign).

Pittsburgh...Steelers’ extended home “over” pattern has reversed the past two seasons, now “under” 5-0 last five and 8-2 last 10 at Heinz Field since last season. But now, Mike Tomlin’s team is “over” its last four on the road. St. Louis...Rams have been an “under” team since the Steve Spagnuolo regime, now 27-14 “under” since late 2009 (“under” 4-2 for new HC Jeff Fisher). San Diego...Norv Turner’s team trending “under” lately (13-6 since late in the 2009 season) at Qualcomm Stadium. Bolts had also been “under” four straight vs. Chiefs until going “over” at Arrowhead on September 30. San Francisco...Jim Harbaugh’s team is “under” 7-4 on road since he arrived as 49er coach last season.

Seattle...Seahawks “under” 5-1 this season after “over” 22-11-1 in Pete Carroll’s first two seasons on the job. Tampa Bay...Bucs “under” 3-2 early in the Greg Schiano regime, and note seven straight “unders” vs. this week’s foe from the NFC South, New Orleans. Tennessee...Titans entered this season “under” 11-6 in their last 17, but they’re “over” 4-2 first six in 2012. Titans still “under” 7-3 last 10 at LP Field. Washington...After Skins were “under” 17-8 in the first 25 games of the Mike Shanahan era, they’re “over” 9-4 since, including “over” 6-1 last seven at FedEx Field.
