After a couple of days straight of loaded MLB cards, today, we have just seven games of MLB action to choose from. So, without further ado, let’s dive into some MLB Player Props for Thursday, April 13th.
MLB Player Props – Best Straight Bets
Bailey Falter Under 4.5 Strikeouts -110 (BetMGM)
Falter is a good pitcher, but by no means is he a strikeout pitcher. He had just three Ks in his season debut, and he finished with just two in his last start against this same Reds team. In his short MLB career, Falter has never struck out batters over the league average, and considering the Reds have already seen him once, I expect them to know what is coming. Falter will not have five strikeouts today.
Corey Kluber Over 3.5 Strikeouts -134 (Pinnacle)
Kluber is certainly not the same pitcher he once was, and the Rays do not strike out a ton, but I expect Kluber to ring up four Rays today in Tampa. Kulber had just two Ks in his last start, but he had four in his season debut. The Rays are rolling, but they are due for a letdown today.
Nick Lodolo Over 7.5 Strikeouts +102 (FanDuel)
Nick Lodolo is the strikeout king at the moment, and I don’t see the lefty letting up today. The last time he faced the Phillies, he had 12 strikeouts in seven innings of work. Last I checked, Philly has not done anything to prevent against Ks, so Lodolo should certainly continue to mow down Philly’s batters.
